Application process

If you feel that you might benefit from time at High Meadow, here is the process to follow.
Step 1
Complete contact form.
Step 2
Initial conversation.
Step 3
Logistics and admin.
We will then liaise with you to book the dates of your stay. A non-refundable deposit will be payable at this stage. You will also be sent administrative paperwork to sign and return to us.
Step 4
Enjoy your stay!
It is very much our hope and prayer that the counselling, coaching and debriefing, combined with time for rest and relaxation, will provide you with a profoundly encouraging, refreshing and transformative experience.
Step 5
Aftercare
Where needed or requested, we can discuss onward referrals to a network of trusted Christian counsellors for continuing care and support.
Costs
We have costed our programmes in consultation with organisations and individuals involved in Christian ministry, balancing a strong wish to make the retreat both accessible and financially sustainable.
The cost includes the assessment call, two hours of counselling, coaching or debriefing per day, accommodation in The Annexe, administration fees and a follow-up online coaching session three months after guests return to their place of work. Please note that we do not provide catering, but there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway outlets nearby.
