We will then liaise with you to book the dates of your stay. A non-refundable deposit will be payable at this stage. You will also be sent administrative paperwork to sign and return to us.

It is very much our hope and prayer that the counselling, coaching and debriefing, combined with time for rest and relaxation, will provide you with a profoundly encouraging, refreshing and transformative experience.
Step 5

The retreat package includes a follow-up debriefing call three to six months after your time with us. We can also discuss ongoing support or referral options.
Costs
The cost includes an assessment call, 2-3 hours of debriefing, counselling or coaching per day (12-13 session hours per week), self-catered accommodation in The Annexe, administration fees and an online follow-up call.
Prices
- Couples – £1,600 per week
- Individuals – £1,400 per week
A brief note about our fees: we do not fundraise to cover our operating costs and rely entirely on fee income, so we need to charge at a level that ensures the long-term sustainability of our work. We recognise that funding can be challenging for some, so we encourage retreat guests, where needed, to ask their donors for an additional contribution towards these costs. We have found that donors are often very willing to do this, recognising the importance of supporting the worker as well as the ministry itself.
